Role Description The Robotics and AI Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions on robotics and basic AI concepts to school students and educators, using the lab infrastructure provided by Shikshak Solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classes, demonstrating robotic systems, guiding learners through practical projects, and ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment. The trainer will also troubleshoot classroom and lab issues,



support preventive maintenance of robotic setups, and collaborate with school staff to integrate robotics and AI activities into the curriculum. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including familiarity with educational and industrial robotic platforms.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Robotic Welding and related robotic applications used in training or demonstration environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting robotic systems and conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure safe and reliable lab operations.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in easy terms and engage school-age learners through interactive teaching methods.
