Role Overview

We are looking for driven and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective customers, developing client relationships, generating revenue, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
This position is well suited for candidates with experience in B2B sales, international sales, business development, telesales, logistics sales,



freight brokerage, or U.S. market sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, lead generation, referrals, and other sales channels.
Prospect and connect with potential customers in the U.S. market.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable logistics and transportation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Negotiate rates, terms, and business requirements with prospective customers.
Convert qualified prospects into active customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
