Experience: 15 to 20 years above
Education: At least a graduation degree (e.g., Diploma ,B.tech., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Cost Optimization: Drive strategic negotiations to achieve annual cost reduction targets.
Vendor Management: Onboard, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks.
Inventory Control (stores): Optimize stock levels to balance working capital and prevent production delays.




Procurement Management /Leather Procurement (Core Responsibility).
Production Coordination .
Process Improvement .
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory audits.
Leadership/Team Management : Manage and mentor the internal purchase and sourcing team.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record in strategic sourcing and material procurement at a senior level.
Robust negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle).
