Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of CNC VMC machines and related equipment.Respond promptly and efficiently to any machine breakdowns, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to restore operations to normalcy.Maintain and update CNC programming and PLC configurations as required for improved machine functionality and process optimization.Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering and technical personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Source and procure specialist components, fixtures, and fittings necessary for machine repair and maintenance, maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.Manage maintenance budgets with a focus on cost control while ensuring availability of resources and compliance with safety standards.Maintain comprehensive statistical data and machine records to track performance trends, maintenance history, and inventory of parts.Develop, document,
and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to standardize best practices and maximize equipment reliability and lifespan.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the manufacturing division.Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities to safeguard personnel and assets.Preferred Industries
