Automovaa is looking for an experienced Senior SCADA Engineer to join our engineering team for a large-scale industrial automation project. If you have strong hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform and industrial SCADA development, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop, configure, and deploy SCADA applications using AVEVA System Platform
✔ Design and configure Application Objects, ArchestrA Graphics, Symbols, Alarms, Trends, and Historian
✔ Develop HMI screens, navigation, alarm management, and reporting solutions
✔ Integrate SCADA with Rockwell PLCs, OPC UA/DA servers, and industrial communication protocols
✔ Configure and maintain AVEVA Historian, OI Gateway, and Communication Drivers
✔ Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), commissioning, and troubleshooting
✔ Coordinate with PLC, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process Engineering teams
✔ Prepare technical documentation, software backups, test reports, and as-built documentation
Mandatory Requirements
✅ 5–8 years of hands-on SCADA engineering experience




✅ Strong experience with AVEVA System Platform (Mandatory)
✅ Experience in developing InTouch OMI / InTouch HMI applications
✅ Hands-on experience with AVEVA Historian and OI Gateway
✅ Experience integrating SCADA with Rockwell ControlLogix / CompactLogix PLCs
✅ Positive knowledge of EtherNet/IP, OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP/IP, and industrial networking
✅ Strong troubleshooting and commissioning experience
✅ Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in Semiconductor, Process Automation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries
✔ Experience with Galaxy Repository, Application Servers (AOS), and I/O Servers (IOS)
✔ Knowledge of SQL Server, redundancy architecture, backup and recovery
✔ Familiarity with ISA-101 HMI standards and industrial cybersecurity concepts
✔ Experience with FactoryTalk, Wonderware legacy systems, or third-party system integration is an add
