About The Role

Growth now depends on being cited, not only ranked. When a multi-location brand asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers who to trust for reviews, listings, and local visibility, the answer is assembled largely from third-party editorial: trade press,



analyst commentary, industry roundups, credible reporting. Our own pages alone do not get us into that answer. This role owns Birdeye's organic marketing: everything that earns us attention rather than buys it. You will run our digital PR and link acquisition program end to end, finding the stories worth telling, building the media relationships to place them, and earning the coverage and links that put Birdeye in front of buyers and inside AI answers. Alongside it, you will carry the SEO fundamentals that make earned authority pay off on site. We treat earned coverage, authority, and organic search as one motion rather than three separate programs, and this role is where they come together. This is a hands-on role. You will research, pitch, write, negotiate, and follow up yourself, across our US, UK, and Australia markets.
