Role Description The Owner role at Tare Zameen Foundation is a full-time, in office position based in Sonipat, responsible for overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction of the organization.



The Owner will oversee program planning and implementation across education, women’s empowerment, health awareness, environmental conservation, and relief activities. Key responsibilities include guiding fundraising and donor relations, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with staff, volunteers, and partners, monitoring impact, and continuously improving initiatives to better serve marginalized communities. The Owner will also represent the foundation in public forums, build collaborations with government bodies and NGOs, and foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and ethical practice.
