The TCB Implementation Engineer will be part of the centralised Trim
Coordination Build (TCB) team and will serve as the primary point of contact for
TCB activities within IMG Ford.
This role is responsible for coordinating Nominal Engineering Buck (NEB) tooling
development, prototype part readiness, supplier alignment, vehicle build
activities, and manufacturing implementation support. The engineer will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve fit, finish, and
coordination issues throughout prototype and launch build phases.
The position is based in Chennai, India.
