Role Description
The Beauty Advisor - Retail Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the team member engages with customers on the shop floor, understands their needs, and recommends suitable Kimirica products for skincare, bath and body, and wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating product usage,



explaining key benefits and ingredients, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The Beauty Advisor manages point-of-sale transactions, supports daily sales targets, and participates in in-store promotions and events. The role also involves staying updated on product launches, participating in training sessions, and providing feedback to the store management team to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products.
Sound Product Knowledge of skincare, fragrances, and bath & body lines, with the ability to explain benefits and usage clearly.
Background or certification in Cosmetology and practical understanding of Skin Care routines and needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust
