Bytebeam provides connected-vehicle and device infrastructure across telemetry, diagnostics, dashboards, alerts, actions, over-the-air workflows, and customer applications. OEM programs require these capabilities to become coherent, dependable products for engineers, operators, and end users.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior product-engineering leader to own Bytebeam's OEM application portfolio. You will lead the teams that turn platform capabilities into web, mobile, backend, video, and field-deployed experiences for vehicle manufacturers. The scope spans reusable platform applications, customer-specific delivery, product quality, and the engineering partnerships needed to move from an OEM requirement to a successful production rollout.

What You'll Do
- Own the application strategy and execution roadmap for OEM programs across web, mobile, backend integrations, and emerging video experiences.
- Lead Engineering Managers, senior engineers, product/quality leadership, and forward-deployed engineers.




- Convert customer and field needs into reusable product capabilities while controlling one-off complexity.
- Establish architecture and quality standards across applications, APIs, identity, permissions, observability, testing, and release operations.
- Partner with the core platform, hardware, firmware, data, algorithms, sales, and customer-success teams.
- Review program risks early, make crisp build-versus-configure decisions, and ensure commitments are technically credible.
- Build operating mechanisms for prioritisation, design reviews, customer feedback, incident learning, and portfolio health.
- Hire and develop leaders who can own outcomes without losing technical depth.

Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of software/product engineering experience, including 4+ years leading managers or multiple engineering teams.
- A track record delivering complex B2B or enterprise applications used in operational environments.
- Solid technical judgment
