Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction and possess robust coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and execution standards.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and resources at site.
Follow up on drawings, approvals, material deliveries, and pending activities.
Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
