We’re NOT looking for a Graphic Designer. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a brand.

At Ecosys Pods, we’re building a recent way to do laundry — replacing traditional liquid detergents with easy-to-use laundry pods.

We’re already serving 2 lakh+ households, and now we’re building the brand for the next million.

And this is where you come in.

There’s no established visual language. No category playbook. No “just follow the brand guidelines.”

Because we don’t have one yet.

You’ll help build it.

You’ll work across packaging, Amazon, quick-commerce, Meta, D2C, founder-led content and campaigns.

But we don’t want someone who asks:
“What should I design?”

We want someone who asks:




“Why would anyone stop scrolling for this?”

Someone who can turn “laundry pods are convenient” into an idea people actually remember.

You’ll work directly with the founder. Your work goes live in days, not months. And you’ll see the real metrics behind your creatives.

D2C / FMCG / agency experience is a plus.
