About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Creative Designer to create high-performing ad creatives for D2C brands. You will work closely with performance marketers and brands to develop engaging video and static creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and sales across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, keeps up with creative trends, and can transform ideas into compelling ad creatives using modern design tools and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with performance marketers and brands to develop creative strategies for advertising campaigns.
2. Create and edit ad creatives including:
Reels
Short-form videos
Static image ads
Carousels
UGC-style creatives

Design and edit creatives using Canva and other video/graphic design software.
4. Analyze competitor ads and market trends to generate new creative concepts and angles.
5. Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to accelerate content creation and ideation.
6. Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
7. Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines while maximizing advertising performance.
8. Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks, messaging frameworks, and creative approaches.
9. Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign results and improve creative performance.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or ad creative production.
Strong understanding of social media advertising creatives.
Hands-on experience with Canva and other design/video editing tools.
Valuable understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering for c
