Sarva Samanvay Foundation is looking for compassionate and experienced Telemedicine Doctors to join ApnaDr, an innovative family healthcare model where every family can have their own doctor—available 24×7, affordable, and just a call away. We aim to shift healthcare from episodic, expensive treatment to continuous, preventive and relationship-based primary care, making quality healthcare accessible to millions of families across India.
Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Mode: 100% Teleconsultation / Remote
Location: Remote, preferably, Kanpur
Role: Telemedicine Doctor
Compensation: Per-consultation basis

What you'll do
• Provide secure, empathetic and evidence-based consultations through video/audio/chat.
• Assess common acute and chronic conditions and provide appropriate medical advice and prescriptions within the scope of telemedicine practice.
• Identify red flags and emergencies and appropriately refer patients for in-person care or emergency services.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families,



particularly when they are anxious or seeking care after hours.
• Maintain accurate digital consultation records and follow ApnaDr clinical and documentation protocols.
• Help create a trusted, personal doctor experience, rather than a transactional teleconsultation.

What we're looking for
• MBBS with valid registration with the relevant State/National Medical Council.
• Experience in general practice/family medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical judgement and Hindi communication skills.
• Comfortable managing consultations independently through digital platforms.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach.
• Willingness to work the 8 PM–8 AM night shift (including, Saturdays and Sundays)
