We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to work directly with the founders and manage the day-to-day marketing, brand and operational activities for sacred souls.
The role requires someone who can execute the founders' vision, coordinate teams and vendors, and independently bring current marketing ideas and growth strategies to the table.

Sacred Souls is a modern spiritual and astrology brand building a premium ecosystem around astrology, spirituality, guidance, wellness and related products/services.
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager who can take ownership of both the brand's marketing growth and day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, customer journeys and business operations—and can independently drive things from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities




Work closely with the founders on daily marketing, brand and business activities.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, content plans and brand initiatives.
Come up with new growth strategies, campaign ideas and customer acquisition opportunities.
Manage social media, content calendars, creators, influencers and marketing partners.
Coordinate with designers, creators, agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Research competitors, astrology/spirituality trends and consumer behaviour and turn insights into actionable ideas.
Support growth through new product/service launches, promotions, offers, CRM and customer retention initiatives.
Track campaign performance, leads, sales and key marketing metrics and recommend improvements.
Maintain project trackers and timelines and ensure daily tasks are completed without constant follow-ups.
Identify operational gaps and proactively solve problems.
