Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application and integration issues.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
Ability to analyze logs and trace data flows to identify root causes of problems.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-tech
