Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with prior experience in sales & Auto Lubricants to conduct sales, product, and technical training to field sales team. The role will focus on training field Sales team (Field sales team working on secondary sales & demand generation in the auto aftermarket) to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and drive field performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify training gaps and prepare training calendars and plans aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct sales training on prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, territory management, retailer/mechanic engagement, and sales execution.
• Deliver training on automotive lubricants, other auto aftermarket parts and components, product applications, specifications, benefits, USPs, and competitor products.
• Conduct field visits, on-the-job training, sales observations, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
• Develop presentations, product modules, technical manuals, videos, quizzes, case studies, role plays, SOPs, and other training materials.
• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, field, and practical training sessions for sales teams and channel partners.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and certification programs to measure and improve participant knowledge and skills.
