We currently work with 200+ businesses and are building toward our next milestone of 1,000+ active businesses.
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys talking to people, helping customers and learning new technology.
Your main responsibility will be to speak with customers, understand their requirements, help them use ChatterPillar and make sure they have a good experience with the platform.
This is a hands-on,
customer-facing role. You will regularly communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
You will also follow up with customers, help them with campaigns, monitor their usage, support renewals and identify opportunities where we can help them get more value from ChatterPillar.
Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in SaaS or WhatsApp Business is not required. We will train you on the product.
What matters most to us is good communication, basic computer skills, confidence on calls and a willingness to learn.
What You'll DoCustomer Support
Speak with customers over phone, WhatsApp and other support channels.
Understand customer questions and provide helpful solutions.
Help customers understand and use ChatterPillar.
Assist with basic platform and campaign-related queries.
Coordinate with the technical team when an issue requires escalation.
