Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries related to short-term personal loans, application status, repayments, and account-related issues via phone, email, and chat.



The Customer Service Executive will guide customers through the loan process on the Lenditt platform, provide clear information on products and policies, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also includes collaborating with internal departments to improve customer experience and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on products, processes, and compliance requirements.
