Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Must have Skill :
Strong hands-on experience in Rubrik (backup, replication, SLA domains, archival), expertise in Microsoft Azure, and experience with SAP on Azure (HANA/Oracle/ASE & App VMs), including DR planning and enterprise backup architecture.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 backup via Rubrik SaaS, knowledge of Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC), and understanding of SaaS data protection (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)
