Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective learners over the phone, explain course offerings, and guide them toward suitable training programs. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or lead tracking system. The role involves building rapport, understanding candidate needs,



providing clear information about course content, fees, and schedules, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments. The Telesales Executive will also collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address queries and build trust with prospective learners.
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and achieve enrollment targets.
Ability to work with basic computer applications, CRM or lead management tools, and maintain accurate records.
Previous experience in telesales, counseling, or education-related sales is preferred.
