The Opportunity
As a Enterprises Sales Specialist, you won't simply be selling training programs.
You'll be building relationships with businesses, understanding their capability gaps, engaging senior decision-makers,



and creating solutions that address real organizational needs.

Your mission: Build the pipeline → Start conversations → Create value → Close deals → Grow relationships.

What you'll be doing
? Identify and target new corporate accounts and decision-makers.
? Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and business development.
? Connect with HR, L&D;, business leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
? Understand client requirements and recommend relevant learning and capability solutions.
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
? Prepare customized proposals and commercial offerings.
? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships.
? Own the sales pipeline from first conversation to closure.
? Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
? Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
