Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations company focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across new markets, categories, and business opportunities, we’re looking for a GTM Intern to help take new initiatives from strategy to execution — identifying opportunities, building partnerships, driving on-ground sales, and helping us build repeatable GTM playbooks from scratch.

As a GTM Intern, You will work directly with the Founder's Office to drive the execution of a current initiative. You will be responsible for translating the GTM strategy from paper into on-ground execution, identifying and reaching out to potential partners, pitching the proposition, negotiating terms, closing partnerships, and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Own Outreach End-to-End
Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners.
Identify and reach decision-makers through cold calls, walk-ins, DMs, referrals, and other channels.
Pitch Swish's proposition and convert conversations into meetings and partnerships.




Consistently follow up and move prospects through the pipeline.

Close Partnerships
Take partners from the first conversation through negotiation and agreement.
Communicate Swish's terms and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Work towards defined daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively while protecting Swish's interests.

Execute the GTM Plan
Translate the strategy defined with the Founder's Office into daily on-ground action.
Follow the GTM playbook with discipline and consistency.
Identify gaps in execution and proactively suggest improvements.
Move quickly in a fast-changing, 0→1 environment.

Own Partner Onboarding & Data Quality
Collect and maintain accurate partner information.
Ensure all required documentation and data are complete.
Maintain a clean and updated pipeline.
Ensure there are no downstream issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
