ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is a hands-on AI visibility implementation lead role. You will use Codex and Claude Code at a medium-to-advanced level, together with Zaillor's proprietary agents, to research, create, implement, and QA client deliverables such as schemas, robots.txt, llms.txt, AI-citable content, implementation briefs and others. You will apply AEO methodology in practice, guide clients through the implementation journey, answer their questions clearly, and keep every workstream moving with a high bar for detail and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Delivery, AI Visibility & Technical Implementation
•Own multiple client workstreams from onboarding and kickoff through implementation, QA, reporting, and closure; keep timelines, owners, dependencies,
and follow-ups visible and on track.
•Use Codex and Claude Code at a medium-to-advanced level, plus Zaillor's proprietary agents, to accelerate research, analysis, implementation, documentation, and client delivery without compromising quality.
•Apply AEO methodology to diagnose entity clarity, answerability, citation readiness, content structure, source quality, crawlability, and the signals that influence how AI systems understand and cite a brand.
•Create accurate, implementation-ready client deliverables, including JSON-LD schemas, robots.txt, llms.txt, internal-linking and architecture recommendations, technical tickets, content briefs, FAQs, and AI-citable content.
