Key Responsibilitie
s

• Prepare detailed estimates, cost plans, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil and building projects
.• Prepare and manage tender documents, including technical and commercial documentation
.• Study architectural, structural, and service drawings to accurately assess quantities and project requirements
.• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and assist in budget planning and cost control
.• Collect, evaluate, and compare quotations from contractors, suppliers, and vendors
.• Assist in government tendering processes,



including preparation and compilation of required documents
.• Review tender conditions, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and scope of work
.• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, clients, and government departments
.• Assist with measurement, billing, variation statements, and cost reconciliation
.• Maintain proper documentation and records related to estimates, tenders, quotations, and project costs
.• Support project teams in ensuring work is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines
