Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to build, test, and maintain Java-based applications while learning modern backend development practices.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and maintenance of Java-based applications
Write clean, logical, and maintainable code
Work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and databases
Assist in debugging, testing, and improving application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
Learn and apply software development best practices




Support documentation and basic technical troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
0-1 year of experience in Java development, software development, or related role
Basic understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, and data structures
Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, or backend development concepts
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
