Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based at Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective and existing customers, and present product or service offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing and sharing quotations, following up on opportunities,



and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM or related systems. The role involves coordinating with other internal teams to address customer requirements, resolve queries, and ensure timely order processing. The Inside Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, provide regular reports on sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
