Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instructor role based in Bengaluru South. The Instructor will deliver high-quality classroom teaching for competitive exam preparation (such as IIT JEE, NEET, and related courses),



following ALLEN’s standardized curriculum and pedagogy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing academic guidance and doubt clarification. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams to refine content, participating in faculty meetings and training sessions, and supporting exam-related counseling and orientation programs. Instructors are expected to maintain a disciplined, engaging learning environment aligned with ALLEN’s educational values.
Qualifications
