Department: Training & Placement Cell
Location: IMM, Delhi
Reports To: Executive President /Registrar/Dean IMM.

The Training & Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating student training programs, building strong corporate relationships, organizing campus recruitment drives, and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain relationships with companies for internships and final placements.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
- Organize soft skills, aptitude, group discussion, and interview preparation sessions for students.
- Build and expand the corporate network to increase placement opportunities.
- Maintain databases of recruiters, students, and placement records.
- Coordinate with academic departments regarding student eligibility and placement readiness.
- Invite new companies for campus recruitment and strengthen existing corporate partnerships.
- Prepare placement reports, MIS, and other documentation.
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills,



and career development.
- Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and corporate interaction sessions.
- Ensure effective communication between recruiters, students, and faculty.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM (HR, Marketing, or a related discipline) or a Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment, or HR Recruitment, preferably in a higher education institution.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve placement targets.
