Role Overview
Vision Properties is looking for an experienced and creative Head of Digital to lead its complete digital marketing operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing a digital team, planning campaigns and generating qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels.
You are not expected to be a skilled graphic designer or video editor. However, you must understand content creation, graphic design,



video editing and visual aesthetics well enough to review the team’s work, provide clear direction and continuously improve the quality of creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance marketing, content, graphic design, video editing, social media and website teams.
Plan and execute monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with project launches, sales targets and branding objectives.
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience strategy, budgeting, creative planning and performance optimisation.
Develop effective advertising concepts with strong hooks, body content, headlines, descriptions and calls to action.
Monitor lead volume, lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, ROI and overall campaign performance.
Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve lead-to-conversion performance.
