Who We Are

YNOS Venture Engine is India's data intelligence platform for the early-stage startup ecosystem. Founded by IIT Madras faculty and incubated at IIT Madras, we sit at the intersection of data, technology, and India's startup economy. Our long-term vision is to become India's supermarket for startups — the central platform through which any actor in the ecosystem such as Investors, Incubators, research institutions, service providers and Banks can discover, engage with, and transact with the startup world. For our startup customers, we are building out the other side of that marketplace: access to capital, talent, business advisory, accounting, compliance and financing advisory. We are currently building the commercial engine that takes us there.

We are expanding our Business team and hiring for multiple roles, each responsible for distinct segments of the startup ecosystem in India.



We have openings for Business development Consultant/ Manager across the following segments-

• Academic Institutions - universities, colleges and business schools building innovation and entrepreneurship capability.

• Incubators & Accelerators

• VCs & Corporates - venture capital funds, family offices, angel networks, and corporate venture and open innovation teams.

• Government - state startup missions, central and state departments, and policy and ecosystem development bodies.

• Startups & Founders - direct-to-founder subscriptions, converting engaged founders from our community, webinars and platform activity.

The Chance As a Business Development Consultant / Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets for your segment.
