PIF is constituting its proposed Project Management Unit (PMU) for the State Road Safety Lead Agency (SRSLA), Department of Transport, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. The PMU will provide continual technical, legal, IT, and outreach support to strengthen road safety governance, planning, implementation, and monitoring across the State — including preparation of the Arunachal Pradesh Road Safety Vision 2030, district-wise Road Safety Action Plans, and enforcement, engineering, education, and public-transport-safety interventions delivered in line with MoRTH and SCCoRS guidelines. This position is being hired against PIF's proposal for the SRSLA PMU assignment and is contingent on award of the assignment to PIF.

PIF is seeking an experienced Project Lead to head the PMU and serve as the primary point of accountability for the assignment. The Project Lead will oversee all technical workstreams of the PMU, manage the team of experts, and represent PIF in day-to-day engagement with SRSLA, the Transport Department, and other State Government stakeholders.
