About the Role
KNK Awadh is looking for an Accountant & Financial Analyst who can manage accounting operations while providing meaningful financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping and reconciliations.
Track sales, expenses, cash, UPI, card and payment collections.
Prepare P&L;, MIS, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
Analyse salon-wise revenue, expenses and profitability.
Monitor payroll, inventory, receivables and payables.
Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Identify cost leakages, financial discrepancies and unusual expenses.
Prepare budgets and Actual vs Budget analysis.
Provide actionable financial insights to management.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related qualification.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting, GST & TDS.
Advanced MS Excel & MIS reporting skills.
Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books or similar software.
Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
