Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.



The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals. The position includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches, as well as identifying trends and opportunities to grow the online community. The Social Media Manager will also oversee social media optimization efforts, manage basic online reputation, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
