Job Profile Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 6 – 8 years of dedicated recruitment experience. This role is strictly focused on end-to-end Talent Acquisition and does not include HR Generalist responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industrial organizations. The individual will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across functions while partnering closely with business leaders to meet organizational manpower requirements.

Accountable & Responsible for:
1 . End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Manage complete recruitment life cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements with department heads and business leaders.
Develop sourcing strategies for technical, engineering,



commercial, and leadership roles.
Ensure timely closure of critical and niche positions.

2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, various job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment consultants, and skilled networks.
Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Identify passive candidates for strategic and specialized positions.
Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

3. Screening & Selection:
Screen resumes based on technical and functional competencies.
Conduct initial HR interviews and competency-based assessments.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates on experience, skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

4. Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
