Role Description The Article Trainee role at PCG is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Article Trainee will support teams working on indirect taxation, audits, and compliance assignments by assisting with documentation, data analysis, and report preparation. Daily responsibilities include gathering and organizing financial information, preparing working papers, performing basic research on tax and regulatory matters,
and helping draft client communications under supervision. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines, and learning to apply professional standards and firm methodologies in practical engagements. The position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to professional services and structured learning in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed relevant professional studies (such as CA articleship eligibility) with a strong interest in taxation, audits, and consulting.
Solid foundation in accounting, finance, and basic tax concepts, with the ability to interpret and work with financial data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explicit documentation and professional email drafting.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with spreadsheets and reports.
