React/NextJS Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking talented React/NextJS Developers with 5+ years of experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The role requires solid expertise in React.js, Next.js, and frontend engineering best practices, with a focus on performance, usability, and seamless integration with backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Design and develop user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Implement reusable components, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API).
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Integration & APIs
Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange.
Implement secure authentication and session management.
UI/UX & Testing
Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
Implement accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Performance & Deployment




Optimize Next.js apps for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).
Manage builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure SEO optimization and performance tuning (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
Collaboration & Support
Work in agile teams with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
Support production issue resolution and bug fixes.
Contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in React.js/Next.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.
Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion, TailwindCSS).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
