Role Overview
Support the Brand Manager in building Coastr’s brand and digital presence through social media, content creation, community engagement, and AI-powered marketing. This role offers hands-on experience across branding, content, social media, and emerging AI tools to support day-to-day marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing social media and marketing activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Support brand-building activities and ensure all content is consistent with Coastr’s brand identity and guidelines
Plan and create engaging content across formats,
including videos, images, text posts, and blogs
Use AI tools to research, ideate, create, optimise, and repurpose marketing content and improve workflows
Manage and grow the LinkedIn community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building meaningful conversations
Schedule and publish content using social media tools
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, and growth
Research industry trends, hashtags, competitors, and relevant topics to support content strategy
Assist with campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives
Assist the Brand Manager with day-to-day marketing tasks, content planning, research, and execution
Explore and test new AI tools and marketing technologies to improve content creation, productivity, and campaign execution
