Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who will independently manage and oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring products are manufactured as per required quality, quantity, cost and delivery timelines.
The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower and material coordination, process monitoring, quality compliance, inventory coordination and timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize and manage day-to-day production activities.
Prepare production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders and inventory requirements.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
Coordinate availability of raw materials and packing materials with Stores and Procurement teams.
Manage end-to-end production,



from production planning and material issuance to manufacturing, packing and final transfer of finished goods.
Monitor production output, wastage, yield and productivity.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications, recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process checks, finished product approvals and corrective actions.
Ensure proper batch records, production records and related documentation are maintained.
Monitor production delays, shortages, breakdowns and operational issues and take timely corrective action.
Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning as per production requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage and optimize production costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality and applicable regulatory requirements.
