We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Operations Executive to manage the backend operations of the Venue Category. This role will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality, and completeness of venue catalogue data while coordinating with multiple internal teams and external venue partners. The ideal candidate should possess robust operational skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and an eye for detail to ensure our venue catalogue remains accurate, up-to-date, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Venue Catalogue Management
● Own the end-to-end backend management of the venue catalogue.
● Ensure venue listings are complete, accurate, and updated with the latest information.
● Maintain venue details including pricing, capacities, amenities, room inventory, event spaces, policies, and availability.
● Regularly audit catalogue data to eliminate inconsistencies and outdated information.
Asset & Content Management
● Coordinate with venue partners and internal teams for timely collection of:
○ Venue images
○ Real wedding images & Videos
○ Menus
○ Venue brochures
● Ensure all catalogue assets meet quality standards before publishing.
Operational Data Management
● Perform regular data updates across internal systems.
● Execute bulk uploads and data corrections whenever required.
● Maintain data hygiene and ensure process compliance.
● Prepare operational MIS and reports for leadership.
Cross-functional Coordination
● Work closely with:
○ Sales
○ Supply
○ Customer Experience
● Coordinate with venue partners for pending information and documentation (As & when required)
● Track turnaround time for data requests and follow-ups.
Quality Assurance
● Conduct regular quality checks on venue listings.
● Validate pricing and package information before publishing.
