We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help grow our digital marketing and technology solutions business.

? Location: Remote

? Experience: 3–4 years

Experience in Digital Marketing, Technology Solutions, SaaS, IT Services, or related industries is preferred.

? Salary: ₹3–6 LPA

What You’ll Do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
• Understand client business challenges and identify suitable solutions
• Pitch digital marketing and technology services to potential clients
• Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations
• Prepare proposals and commercial discussions
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records

What We’re Looking For





• 3–4 years of B2B business development/sales experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or technology services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation ability
• Experience handling the complete sales cycle from lead → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and senior decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Target-oriented with a robust focus on revenue generation
