About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – Full Stack & AI to lead the end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable and AI-enabled products.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and other stakeholders while leading technical teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high quality.

What You’ll Do
Own projects from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment and production.
Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery.
Lead and mentor Full-Stack, AI/ML, QA, UI/UX and DevOps teams.
Guide technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
Oversee AI/LLM, RAG, embeddings and vector database implementations.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices, code quality, CI/CD and production readiness.
Work closely with senior leadership and business teams on priorities and delivery.
Identify and resolve technical and cross-functional blockers.





What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in software product development.
4+ years in technical project, engineering or delivery leadership.
Strong understanding of React/Next.js and backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django or Node.js.
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI applications.
Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, estimation and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
Experience in EdTech, LMS, medical education or assessment platforms.
AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or related cloud technologies.
Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, pgvector/OpenSearch, vLLM/Ollama or similar technologies.
PMP, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe or cloud certifications.
