Role Overview

Highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solutioning, implementation and support of Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate shall have a robust background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Applications (specially Dynamics 365).

Role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement in ongoing operations. Passionate about technology,

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects
Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work closely with vendors, developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure that the solution meets business needs and delivers value to the organization.
Manage project risks, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior management.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management proactively
Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design sessions
Drive continuous improvement
Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer
Manage People
