Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru and Coimbatore Area. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting SolidTrust’s CAE simulation solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The Sales Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals,



and collaborate with technical teams to address customer requirements and solution fit. Daily activities include maintaining solid customer relationships, providing timely follow-up, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting. The role also includes supporting training and onboarding for new clients to help them adopt and gain value from SolidTrust’s solutions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive pipeline growth, negotiate agreements, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
