Role: AIOps Engineer
Experience: 5+ years in monitoring, infrastructure operations, observability, automation, or AIOps implementation roles.
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain AIOps platforms for event correlation, alert enrichment, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.
Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms to improve incident creation, routing, and closure workflows.
Develop dashboards that provide service health, event trends, incident reduction opportunities, and operational insights.
Create automation scripts and workflows for self-healing, auto-remediation, and repetitive operational tasks.
Work with infrastructure, application,



and operations teams to identify high-volume alerts and convert them into actionable intelligence.
Support root cause analysis by correlating events across infrastructure, applications, network, and cloud components.
Continuously tune monitoring thresholds, correlation rules, suppression logic, and noise reduction patterns.
Document AIOps workflows, integration designs, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
