Role Description This is a contract, on-site 3D Animator role based in Jabalpur. The 3D Animator will create and refine 3D animations for simulation, VR solutions, and other visual content supporting aerospace and defense platforms. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with designers and engineers, developing character and object rigs, integrating motion capture data,



and ensuring animations meet technical and artistic requirements. The role involves using tools such as Blender to produce high-quality, realistic animations aligned with project specifications and timelines, while following established workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Animation and Animation for realistic movement and storytelling.
Candidates should possess solid Rigging skills for characters, mechanical assets, and complex models.
Candidates should possess experience with Motion Capture workflows, including data cleaning and integration.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, animation, and rendering.
Relevant experience in simulation, VR, or game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) is beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in engineering-focused environments.
