Overview

The KGS Tech Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Advisory Tech KIP
team located in India. The individual will need to lead a team of cross
functional individuals ranging from business, operational, technical teams such
as .net development, automated testing, power BI development, SharePoint
development, Business analysts, Project Managers and PMO support across a
diverse portfolio of projects. They will be responsible for ensuring the team
work cohesively and effectively in alignment with the agreed portfolio
priorities as defined by Advisory leadership team. They will be responsible for
the performance management and adherence to KGS processes. This role does not
necessarily need deep expertise in .NET, Power BI, SharePoint, or testing, but
should understand how these functions operate and be able to manage teams
delivering in those areas.
