Principal Duties And Responsibilities
As a Consultant in Data Governance Support, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across transformation programmes.
You will work closely with business and technology teams to enable effective data management, analysis, and migration.
Data Governance Framework Design:
Conduct structured discovery interviews and workshops with a broad stakeholder group to baseline the current state of data governance, data quality, stewardship, and data management processes.
Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, roles, and processes.
Develop and validate RACI matrices to individual job title level across multiple master data domains, facilitating workshops with data owners and stewards to confirm and refine accountability.
Support the translation of the client's data strategy into an actionable implementation roadmap, sequenced against programme milestones and organisational dependencies.
Contribute to advantages identification and success metric definition for the data governance and management programme.
