Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage content across key social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.



Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights. The role also involves community management, responding to audience interactions, collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams, and staying updated on trends and platform best practices to drive growth and conversions.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Ability to develop effective Content Strategy and plan campaigns aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand social content.
Experience using social media analytics tools, reporting on performance, and making data-driven decisions.
