Summary

We are
looking for an experienced Capital Markets Manager with a proven track record
in real estate capital transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong
relationships with developers, banks, NBFCs, private equity funds,
institutional investors, and family offices, along with expertise in
structuring and executing capital market transactions across residential and
commercial real estate.

Key
Responsibilities
- Originate and execute debt,
equity, and structured finance transactions for real estate clients.
- Build and manage relationships
with developers, financial institutions, investors, and capital providers.
- Lead and manage Buy/Sell
transactions.
- Lead transaction structuring,
due diligence, financial analysis, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams
to deliver end-to-end capital market advisory solutions.




- Drive business development and
achieve revenue targets.

Requirements
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or an
equivalent qualification preferred.
- Around 15 years of experience in
Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance, or Institutional
Sales.
- Strong understanding of real
estate financing, structured debt, equity investments, and capital
raising.
- Having network with banks,
NBFCs, private equity funds, institutional investors, and developers.
- Solid on buy side experience.
- Excellent relationship
management, financial acumen, negotiation, and transaction execution
skills.

Preferred
Background

Candidates
with experience in capital markets, real estate finance, investment advisory,
or institutional real estate transactions within the banking, financial
services, investment, or real estate advisory sectors.
